There are several ways for you to succeed in the network marketing industry, but creating a large downline is one of the best ways. This is by no means an easy task, especially with the high attrition rate that exists in network marketing. However, if you deliver the proper network marketing training and assist your distributors with the necessary tools you should have no problem building a large downline. It is difficult to get distributors to stay in your organization long enough to see success because people expect to become rich immediately. You have to inform them that it may take a little while, but if they put in the effort you will provide them with the network marketing training needed to begin making money as quickly as possible. There are several things that you can do to assist your distributors in their network marketing quest. First off, assure them that they have what it takes to make it in this business. Help them stay motivated and write out their personal goals. Provide them with network marketing training such as information courses, ebooks, articles and so on to help them learn the roots to success. Also, you may want to consider setting up three-way calls and/or meetings to help them stay informed. While this may seem like a lot of work to provide several distributors with the same network marketing training, in the end you will benefit far more than the effort was worth. The goal is to keep your distributors around as long as possible with the hope that they will in turn create a downline themselves, which will benefit you as well. Providing this kind of training can become strenuous if you get enough people in your downline, but think of the benefits you will receive from it. The two things preventing network marketing distributors from staying in it long enough is them not making $300 per month quickly enough and their downline not making it either. Studies have found that 95% of network marketers stick around for awhile if they can begin making $300-400 per month within six to nine months. However, if they cannot make that amount in that time period 80-90% quit. So your goal is to provide them with the network marketing training needed to stick around long enough to find success. After you have trained them well enough to know the ins and outs of the business, you have to begin training them to train others. As soon as they can build a downline themselves you can back off the training course for them. If you give your distributors your time and effort, a majority of them will notice and appreciate your dedication and care towards them. By putting in the effort to supply them with the network marketing training and tools, you will find yourself with a large downline and a large income to back it up. |
